Shannon McCartney

Shannon McCartney has extensive work experience in revenue cycle management and operational efficiency. Shannon has held various roles at Zotec Partners, starting as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in 2007 and progressing to Vice President, Operational Efficiency and Workflow Integrity in 2021. Throughout their tenure, Shannon has been responsible for streamlining processes, implementing new solutions, and utilizing data analytics to improve operations. Shannon has also excelled in leadership positions, coaching and mentoring teams, and creating innovative product solutions. Prior to their time at Zotec Partners, Shannon had experience in sales operations at Red Gold and patient access at Riverview Health. Additionally, they worked as a purchasing intern at Guide Corp.
