Siyu Shang is a skilled product designer with extensive experience in leading design projects across multiple sectors, particularly in hospitality and gaming. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at ZOTTO Ltd., Siyu Shang spearheads the end-to-end design of a variety of software solutions and maintains strong stakeholder relationships to align design with strategic goals. Prior experience includes UX design at Intouch Games Ltd., where user experience was enhanced through personas and analytics, and significant contributions at Logicdesign (China) Co., Ltd., where Siyu Shang delivered design solutions for high-profile clients such as Apple and Microsoft, achieving notable improvements in user engagement. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Beijing Jiaotong University.
