Kristen Levine

Kristen Levine is a renowned pet living expert, marketer, content publisher and social influencer. With more than 30 years in the pet industry, she is driven by the passionate belief that she need pets as much as they need us, and that by making the world a better place for them, she make it a better place for them.

A lifelong pet parent, Kristen’s pet-centric career began as the PR Director for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) in Tampa Bay, Florida. For the next 15 years, she promoted pet adoption and responsible pet care at the SPCA. In 2003, she founded Fetching Communications, the first public relations agency dedicated exclusively to the pet industry. Ten years later, she acquired PetPR.com and in 2017, both companies were acquired by French | West | Vaughan, an award-winning integrated marketing agency.

To help people connect with their pets in more meaningful ways, Kristen launched the Pet Living with Kristen Levine website in 2014 where she guides pet parents in solving common pet problems, finding great products, and enjoying pet lifestyle trends.

As part of Kristen’s mission to help pets live better lives, she founded Pet Anxiety Awareness Week to raise awareness among pet parents about the signs of pet fear, anxiety and stress, how it affects a pet’s quality of life, and the array of veterinary approved products and therapies to get anxiety relief for pets.

Beyond her Pet Living platform, Kristen has appeared on more than 1,000 live broadcasts, including Good Morning America and FOX & Friends. A popular guest columnist for several pet parenting blogs, Kristen’s advice has been featured on the Chewy.com blog, in Reader’s Digest, USA Today and Martha Stewart Living, and in pet and veterinary trade publications. She’s also earned industry recognition with the Pet Age ICON award and the Pet Age Women of Influence Award.
