Heather Wilburn

Heather Wilburn is an accomplished professional in partner programs and enablement, currently serving as the Sr. Partner Programs & Enablement Manager at Zowie since February 2025. Previously, Heather held the role of Global Partner Programs Manager at commercetools and Bloomreach, where responsibilities included administering partner programs, developing communications strategies, enhancing partner engagement through portals, and leading marketing projects. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Communications and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University, Heather has extensive experience in learning and development, product training, and strategic partnership management acquired during a lengthy tenure at Google that spanned various roles.
