Tech Support Team Lead at Zowie

Mike M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career at Azimo in 2018 as a Customer Service Specialist and was promoted to Senior Customer Service Specialist in 2021. Mike then worked at Wild West Theatre as a Co-Founder, where they organized and performed contemporary, original plays across Poland. In 2021, they joined GGS IT Consulting as an Application Maintenance Specialist (SQL) and later became a Senior Application Maintenance Specialist (SQL). Currently, Mike is working at Zowie as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Mike M. obtained a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Jagiellonian University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also earned a Python Skill Assessment certification from HackerRank in January 2022 and an SQL (Intermediate) Certificate from the same institution in May 2023.
