Ashley Bugge

Ashley Bugge is currently serving as Director of Operations at Zoy, overseeing a team of story writers and illustrators to create social-emotional resources. Ashley also works with Sea Women Expeditions as a Polar Explorer, exploring the Arctic's history, culture, and challenges. Additionally, as an Award Winning Author and Motivational Speaker, Ashley shares their experiences of trauma, resilience, and overcoming adversity with audiences worldwide. Previously, Ashley held a role as the National Program Training Manager at SafetyMax, managing a team of medical and safety trainers. Ashley is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership.
