Nikola Smircic has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nikola co-founded Zoyya and has been serving as a Co-Founder since March 2020. Additionally, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Funestra, starting from March 2020.
Prior to these roles, Nikola served as the Chief Executive Officer at Rathmann d.o.o. from February 2019 to February 2020. Nikola Smircic pursued their education in a chronological order. In 1988, they enrolled in the Mathematical Informatics Gymnasium, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science for four years, earning their high school degree in 1992. Following this, they attended FER, where they completed a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from 1992 to 1998, focusing on Computer Science. In 2016, Nikola attended COTRUGLI Business School and obtained their Executive MBA, specializing in Business Administration and Management, during their one-year enrollment. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Data Science with Python from Simplilearn Alumni. Nikola also holds additional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in October 2012, and certifications in EOQ Quality Auditor and EOQ Quality Manager from the European Organization for Quality, obtained in April 2016.
