Kari Norman has held various positions in the past, beginning with a Hostess at River Street Sweets in 2006. Kari then moved on to become a Service Clerk at Walgreens in 2010, followed by a Senior Camp Counselor at the YMCA in 2012. In the same year, they also worked as a Sales Associate at Hancock Fabrics. In 2013, Kari held a Floor Staff position at REGAL CINEMAS. In 2014, they became an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Synapp.io, where they managed monthly bookkeeping and financial reports, annual corporate tax filings, and invoice payments, as well as interfaced directly with users via Live Chat and Zendesk. In 2016, they became an Administrative Assistant at BrightLink Technology, LLC, where they supported C-level executives and department managers through calendar management, meeting creation, travel booking, expense reporting, and team events. In 2018, Kari was promoted to a Customer Support Manager at zPaper, where they hired, trained, and mentored customer support associates and administrative staff, and led and organized project teams.

Kari Norman completed their college preparatory with distinction in Instrumental Music from Savannah Arts Academy between 2004 and 2008. Kari then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University, which they completed in 2012. In July 2019, Kari Norman obtained their Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. Additionally, they hold the Ranger Rank from Salesforce Trailhead.
