Chip Cox

Chip Cox has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Chip is currently the Director of Enterprise Sales at ZPE Systems, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Director of Sales at SoftIron from 2019 to 2023, where they focused on sales of SoftIron's HyperCloud, an intelligent private cloud fabric. Before that, they worked as an Independent Information Technology Consultant, specializing in formulating Go-to-Market strategies and sales monetization for early-stage startups.

Chip Cox also gained valuable experience as an Area Sales Director at SaltStack from 2015 to 2018 and as a Cloud Sales and Product Specialist at Dell Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they served as a District Sales Manager at Terremark Worldwide, Inc. from 2010 to 2012 and as a Channel Sales Manager at IBM from 2006 to 2010.

Earlier in their career, Chip Cox held positions such as Regional Sales Manager at Agility Recovery Solutions from 2003 to 2006, President and General Manager at Certitude from 2002 to 2003, and Regional Sales Manager at Apogee Networks from 2001 to 2002. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in sales, sales management, and IT consultancy.
