Roberto Rizo

Roberto Rizo is an experienced Operations Manager at ZPE Systems since September 2016, where responsibilities include collaborating with hardware and software teams to enhance operational procedures and overseeing technical training for product families. Previously, as an Account Manager, Roberto developed the sales cycle process and case studies for out-of-band zero touch provisioning products. Roberto's career also includes roles as an Inside Sales Representative at Mirapath and a Customer Service Agent at Zazzle, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support. Additionally, as a Community Trainer for the Foundation for California Community Colleges, Roberto conducted digital literacy training for economically disadvantaged individuals. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
