Carolina Siekierski

Carolina Siekierski currently serves as an Associate in Aerospace and Defense at ZRG Partners, LLC, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Carolina held positions at Raines International, progressing from Senior Research Associate to Associate in Aerospace and Defense from April 2022 to August 2023. Carolina began the professional journey at Dinte Executive Search as a Research Associate from May 2021 to April 2022. Educationally, Carolina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Latin American Studies from Colgate University, where studies were completed between 2017 and 2021, including a study abroad experience at DIS in 2020.
