David Hullum

David Hullum currently serves as the Vice President of Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Practice Leader at ZRG, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, David was Vice President and Healthcare Leader at RGP from March 2020 to August 2025. David's expertise includes a tenure at PwC as the US Director of Digital Risk Solutions, focusing on healthcare, where assessments of electronic revenue cycle systems such as Epic and Cerner were conducted to address patient safety and operational risks. Earlier in the career, David held multiple roles at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, including Associate Vice President for Business Development and Operations, as well as Administrative Director of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer. David holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Tyler.
