Deirdre Allison is the Managing Director at ZRG Partners. Deirdre has over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Prior to joining ZRG, Deirdre served as Managing Partner at Chapel Hill Partners, a healthcare executive search firm they co-founded in 2009. Deirdre also spent 14 years as a Partner at Highland Partners - Heidrick & Struggles, where they were a Healthcare Life Sciences Partner. Deirdre has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and has helped many organizations find the right leaders to drive growth and transformation.

Deirdre Allison has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Deirdre Allison reports to Larry Hartmann, CEO. They are on a team with Tim Ward - Managing Director, Anna Maria Da Costa - Principal, and Justin Holker - President of Holker Watkin Division.
