Gene E. Head, Jr.

Gene E. Head Jr. has over 40 years of experience in the executive search and promotional products industries. Gene is currently the managing director at ZRG Partners, a national executive search firm. Gene has also served as senior partner at Wheless Partners Executive Search and as EVP and chief operating officer at Headway Promotional Products, Inc.

Headway Promotional Products was founded in 1980 by Gene's parents, and under Gene's leadership it became one of the largest family-owned promotional products distributors in the country. Gene is a certified advertising specialist and has won multiple awards from the Promotional Products Association International. Gene is also a member of the association's speakers bureau.

Gene E. Head Jr. received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Brock School of Business at Samford University.
