Patrick Prout

Pat Prout is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services and recruiting industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at ZRG Partners, LLC since February 2018, Pat leads the Banking Practice and contributes to multiple other practices, including Insurance and Industrial/Manufacturing. Prior experience includes Managing Director at Diversified Search, where Pat headed the Financial Services Practice, and President & CEO of The Prout Group, Inc., managing strategic growth and fiscal responsibilities. Notably, Pat held the position of Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on executive recruitment in financial services and manufacturing. Pat also served as President & COO at BankOne Cleveland, overseeing extensive operations and a large team. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
