Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips is an experienced executive leader currently serving as the Managing Director and General Manager of Interim Solutions for UK and Europe at ZRG Partners, LLC, since September 2021. With a strong background in talent advisory and executive search, Paul has specialized in delivering interim executive solutions to private equity-backed and global businesses. Prior to ZRG, Paul was a Partner at Savannah Group, focusing on business transformation in industrial and private equity sectors. Paul also held significant roles at Interim Partners within New Street Consulting Group, where responsibilities included managing relationships with private equity funds and leading the Infrastructure, Business & Support Services Practice. Early career experience includes managerial positions at Michael Page and Page Personnel. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Kingston University (1997-2000).
