Rajan Sebastian

Rajan Sebastian currently serves as the Director of Interim Solutions and HR Consulting at ZRG Partners, LLC, starting in October 2024. Previously, Rajan held the position of Director of Human Resources - Corporate at Arena Group from October 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included driving talent strategy and HR transformation. Rajan's experience also encompasses a role as Senior Human Resources Manager at Technology Innovation Institute from July 2020 to September 2021, focusing on HR strategy and organizational development. In January to June 2020, Rajan managed HR for OCS Services as General Manager, overseeing operations in offshore manning. Earlier, Rajan provided consultancy in recruitment and staffing for Borr Drilling. Rajan holds a Master of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University.
