Richard Morford

Richard Morford is the current Managing Director at ZRG Partners. Richard has over 25 years of experience in executive search consulting and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Richard started their career as a Technical Sales Representative for FMC BioPolymer before moving into management with Rhodia. Richard then spent 12 years with Rhone-Poulenc in various leadership roles before joining Korn/Ferry International as a Client Partner. After a successful stint at Korn/Ferry, Richard founded RSVP Group US, Inc. and served as Principal there for seven years. In their current role at ZRG Partners, Richard is responsible for leading the firm's North American operations.

Richard Morford's educational career includes completing an AB in Biological Sciences at Brown University and an MBA in Chemical Marketing at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus.
