Scott Jackson is Vice President for Toft Group, based in the San Francisco office. Scott has a proven track record of quickly disseminating client requirements to find best-in-class talent for key executive roles. He has extensive experience with all aspects of the recruitment life cycle and has developed a valuable niche around the functional areas of quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Toft Group, Scott was a Business Development Manager with a San Francisco-based consulting firm focused on biotech, pharma and medical device industries, where he played a key role in successfully deploying large teams of strategic and tactical consultants specifically in response to FDA enforcement. Prior to that, Scott held positions of increasing responsibility within research, technical recruitment and recruitment management.
