Sue Hardek is a seasoned executive search and talent advisory professional with extensive experience in the digital marketing and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at ZRG Partners, LLC, since November 2022, Sue partners with Private Equity and C-Suite clients to drive growth through executive search engagements. Previously, as Managing Partner at Talentfoot Executive Search and Staffing, Sue led transformative searches in marketing and technology and achieved significant growth in team size and revenue. Sue founded Sue Hardek & Associates, a boutique executive search firm, and held key leadership roles in prominent agencies such as Manifest and Digitas North America, where Sue drove substantial talent growth and optimized acquisition processes. Sue's career began at Capgemini, specializing in executive searches for digital transformation. Sue holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.
