Alejandro la Greca

Alejandro La Greca is a highly skilled bioinformatician and educator with extensive experience in molecular and cellular biology. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatician at ZS since November 2024, Alejandro also holds a professorship at Instituto Superior de Formación Docente Nº 116, teaching Molecular and Cellular Biology. Previously, Alejandro led a bioinformatics and data analysis team at MultiplAI Health and conducted postdoctoral research at the Fleni Institute-CONICET, focusing on non-coding RNAs in human stem cell differentiation. Alejandro earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Buenos Aires, where prior research involved the transcriptional dynamics in endometrial cancer and its genetic implications. Additional teaching roles include position as a substitute teacher at Instituto Julieta Lanteri and as a teaching assistant at Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, UBA.
