Amit Arora

Amit Arora currently serves as a Software Engineering Manager in Test at ZS since October 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Quality Head at Musafir.com, where Amit established quality best practices and managed test delivery for web, mobile, and API applications. Previous positions include AVP roles at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Citi, focusing on test automation and quality assurance. Amit also has extensive experience as a Project Manager at Cognizant, leading automation strategies and frameworks. Early career roles include software test engineer and QA engineer positions at BMC Software and Ruksun Software Technologies, respectively. Amit holds a Master of Computer Applications from Goa University and a Bachelor of Science in PCM from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
