Avery Smith is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ZS since October 2017. Key responsibilities include leading process improvements to enhance equity in talent processes, creating the Ideal Hiring Process to mitigate bias in recruitment, and designing mandatory bias mitigation training for hiring activities.
