Michael Cooperman

Michael Cooperman is an experienced professional in program management, currently serving as the Global Head of Program Management and Associate Partner at ZS Associates since January 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Director of Business Technology Program Management at Syneos Health from January 2018 to January 2021, overseeing clinical, commercial, and M&A initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Transformation and Delivery Capability Lead at Prudential Financial in 2017, Director of PMO for IT Project Management at UnitedHealth Group from January 2016 to January 2017, and PMO Consultant at Johnson & Johnson in 2016. Michael holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Cornell University.
