Priyanshi Kedia

Priyanshi Kedia is currently a Business Technology Solutions Associate at ZS since September 2023, focusing on data query analysis and machine learning algorithm training, resulting in a 43% improvement in customer targeting. Previously, during a Data Science Internship at PHP POETS IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from May 2022 to April 2023, Priyanshi designed a personalized recommendation system that tripled user engagement and developed an automated KPI visualization system. As a Software Engineer at Lawnics from May to August 2021, Priyanshi implemented NLP and deep learning techniques to enhance case processing efficiency and improve client retention. Additionally, experience as a UI Designer at Being Digital was gained in June 2021. Priyanshi earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Bennett University in May 2023, and holds a 12th grade certificate in Science from Billabong High, along with a qualification in Speech and Drama from Trinity College London.
