Ravi Shah

Ravi Shah is currently serving as the Global Head of Service Delivery & IT at Reveal Media. Prior to this, Ravi was a Service Manager at British Gas and an IT Service Delivery Manager at Turning Point. Ravi has also worked as an Information Technology Service Desk Manager at Turning Point and held various positions at Computacenter, including 2nd Line Networks Analyst and Senior Service Desk Analyst. Ravi holds a degree in Information Technology from The University of Manchester.
