Swati Grover is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist - Learning at ZS since January 2021, Swati has spearheaded leadership development programs and revamped training initiatives using the ADDIE model. Prior experience includes roles at NTT Ltd., where Swati conceptualized and executed sales enablement and learning loyalty programs, managed campus hiring, and redesigned the Management Trainee program. Swati's career began at Ugam Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Management Trainee in Learning & Development and included a notable tenure at KPMG as an Executive Consultant, where expertise was demonstrated in conducting due diligence for Fortune 500 clients. Swati holds a PGDM in HR from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
