Alisha Solis

Alisha Solis is a seasoned Talent Program Manager at Zscaler since December 2023, following a successful five-year tenure at Palo Alto Networks as the Global Talent Development Program Lead. At Palo Alto Networks, Alisha managed a comprehensive onboarding program for over 3000 new hires, led the Ambassador program, and maintained an eLearning onboarding portal. Alisha also developed a global Mentorship Program that achieved a 97% satisfaction rate through cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, Alisha has held roles such as Open House Co-Chair at Cal Poly, Human Resources Assistant at Cal Poly Corporation, President of the Human Resources Management Association, and Human Resources Intern at Kaiser Permanente. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources at the University of Denver.
