Eric Roddom

Eric Roddom, MBA-ITM, is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in Technical Services, Escalation Engineering, and enterprise operations. They have a proven track record in resolving complex, cross-functional challenges while enhancing customer experience and driving scalable solutions. Eric held various leadership roles at companies including EMC, Dell EMC, and Pure Storage, where they managed diverse teams and improved organizational performance through strategic initiatives. Currently, Eric serves as the Senior Manager of Public Sector Support at Zscaler, overseeing operations and support for public sector clients. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University.
