Gary Staff

Gary Staff is an experienced professional services leader with a focus on the EMEA region, currently serving as Director at Zscaler since February 2021. Previously held roles include Senior Manager of Professional Services at Serco and Infrastructure Manager for Covid-19 test centres. At Westcon Comstar, Gary served as Service Delivery Director EMEA, and at SonicWALL Inc., held multiple titles including Director of Global Professional Services and PS Manager for EMEA, driving business growth in the security sector. Earlier experience includes Senior Services Manager at Ixia, where the team expanded significantly under Gary's leadership, and PS Manager at Extreme Networks, where responsibilities included managing professional services teams and major accounts. Gary's foundational education was completed at Army Apprentice College between 1985 and 1987.
