Gaurav Hangta

Gaurav Hangta is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as the Support Team Lead and previously as a Service Engineer at Zscaler since March 2019, Gaurav has honed expertise in customer service and technical troubleshooting. Prior to Zscaler, Gaurav worked at Knack Global as a Process Associate and at eClerx as an Analyst. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Chitkara University, completed in 2014.
