Karen Contreras

Karen Contreras currently serves as the People Services Lead for Global Operations at Zscaler since October 2024. Previously, Karen has been involved in various human resources roles, including Human Resources for Leave of Absence & Benefits at Hologic, Inc. since May 2021, and Human Resources Manager for North America Hiring & Onboarding at Procter & Gamble from March 2019 to February 2021. Other positions include working in the Employee Resource Center at Amazon and as a Human Resources Generalist at SC Technologies. Karen is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Ciencias Economicas at Universidad Hispanoamericana, with an expected graduation in January 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, anticipated to be completed in April 2025.
