Katya Alekhina

Katya Alekhina currently serves as Global CXO Programs at Zscaler, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Katya was the Sr. Manager of Ecosystem Ventures Strategic Programs at ServiceNow from May 2023 to September 2025, driving initiatives that enhance collaboration between partners, private equity firms, and the ServiceNow platform. At Workday, from September 2017 to May 2023, Katya led the Global Partner Experience, overseeing the planning and execution of major partner events and fostering engagement among over 4,500 attendees. Previous experience includes roles at Xactly Corp, where Katya managed partner events and communications as Sr. Program Manager, and at Saba, focusing on partner marketing and communications. Katya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources/Business Management from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Marketing from Voronezh State Technical University.
