Kris Tang

Kris Tang is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in leading talent acquisition initiatives across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruiting at Zscaler since April 2023, Kris previously held the role of Practice Lead for Executive Recruiting at Google Cloud, where leadership for senior hiring was a key responsibility. Prior to this, Kris spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, advancing through various recruiting roles, ultimately becoming a Senior Executive Recruiter responsible for senior leadership hiring across multiple divisions. Early career experiences include recruiting positions at Zones Inc., Business Careers, and T-Mobile, with a foundational academic background from the University of Washington, where a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology was obtained.
