Ronald Mora

Ronald Mora serves as the Site Leader and Director of Technical Account Management at Zscaler, overseeing a team of over 45 Technical Account Managers and supporting more than 260 customers across the South Region of the United States and LATAM. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Technical Account Management at Zscaler and President of ASOATT, the employee solidarity association at AT&T. Ronald has extensive experience at AT&T as an Area Manager, managing global operations across various regions, and has held multiple leadership positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on networking, operations, and project management. Ronald holds an associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and an MBA in Finance from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and Universidad Hispanoamericana.
