Shubhajit Mukherjee

Shubhajit Mukherjee is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in global IT service management. Currently serving as Team Lead for the Global IT Service Desk at Zscaler since October 2019, Shubhajit leads a team of IT support engineers and manages critical IT operations, handling support issues and severe incident management. Prior to this role, Shubhajit worked as an Information Technology Operations Engineer at Zscaler, providing support to employees worldwide on IT-related issues and infrastructure management. Experience at Tech Mahindra as an Associate TIM Engineer involved 24x7 IT infrastructure support, and earlier positions included roles at TriCad Computers as Executive Solution Support Engineer and an Industrial Trainee at D-Link. Shubhajit holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology.
