Tim Ashford

Tim Ashford is an experienced professional in technology and security, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Alliances at Zscaler since August 2025. Prior to this role, Tim held multiple positions at Red Canary, including Director of Strategic Alliances and Director of Product Integrations, from October 2020 to August 2025. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as Security Governance Lead and Security Analyst at Bridgewater Associates from March 2018 to October 2020, as well as a lengthy tenure at Ashford Capital Management as IT Director from September 1997 to March 2018, overseeing technology and security operations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and General Studies from Harvard University and a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Teachers College, Columbia University.
