Henry Gallart, PE, SE, is an accomplished business executive specializing in seismic risk assessments and structural engineering. Currently serving as President of 4Maracas Inc and an Advisory Board Member at both Zschool and Uesco Industries, they oversee strategic consulting and engineering product innovation. Previously, they held key leadership positions at MiTek, where they led a structural R&D team and executed technology strategies, as well as at SidePlate Systems, where they transformed a startup into a successful acquisition through pioneering engineering solutions. Henry's strong technical expertise and business acumen enable them to drive growth and optimize processes across dynamic environments. They are pursuing degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering at California State University-Long Beach and UCLA.
