Liz Burke

Liz Burke is an accomplished Visual Creative Director in Apparel at Macy's, with a career spanning over two decades in visual merchandising. At Macy's since 2007, Liz develops actionable plans and innovative brand concepts to enhance visual merchandising while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Visual Manager at Ann Taylor Factory, where Liz managed in-season merchandising processes and collaborated with cross-functional teams to create impactful store sets and window campaigns. Earlier in the career, Liz held the position of Regional Visual Director for Polo-Ralph Lauren, overseeing a high-performing 37-store region and focusing on sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies. Liz is also an Advisory Board Member for Zschool, contributing to customer experience initiatives at Ithaca College. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade/Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
