He brings a depth of experience to recruiting the best talent in the construction industry, serving as a trusted advisor to his clients and candidates.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

He started with ZSG in 2012 as an intern and quickly grew into one of the firm’s perennial top producers.
