Corey Chu has worked in the field of customer support since 1993. Corey began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at SuperMac Technology in 1993. In 1994, they moved to Centigram Communications as a Technical Support Manager. In 1998, they were promoted to Director of Customer Support at Mitel. In 2000, they joined SS8 Networks as a Senior Manager with responsibilities in Technical Support, Professional Services, Product Support, and Manufacturing Engineering. In 2006, they became the Director of Global Support Services at Savi Technology. In 2013, they were appointed Director of Cloud Maintenance (Technical Support) at Steelwedge Software, Inc. and in 2015 they were promoted to Director Customer Support at zSpace, Inc.
Corey Chu attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1990 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
