Since joining ZT in 2016, Mr. Murcia has provided complete career and financial solutions for professional athletes, helping develop brands and baseball team relationships and offering players white-glove service. A Certified Agent of the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA), Mr. Murcia offers ZT Sports clients premium sports representation, consulting, counseling, public relations, and financial education.
An expert in sports management and corporate finance, Mr. Murcia has extensive experience in performance measurement and statistical analysis. Before joining ZT, he served as a Business Development and Operations Consultant for Quality Reliable Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona, where he collaborated with the CEO to identify and implement the organization’s operational processes and business development, coordinating operations and maintaining an overview of works in progress to produce efficiencies for commercial and residential construction projects. He also held roles as a Planning Analyst, Human Resource Manager, and Performance Measurement Analyst for Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. in Caracas, Venezuela.
He earned his bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santa Maria and a master’s in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitana University in Caracas, Venezuela. He also earned certifications in Production Management and International Management from Metropolitana University.
