William Bowie

William Bowie is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in hardware and FPGA development. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at ZT Systems since March 2016, William specializes in building hyperscale compute and storage hardware. As an Independent Hardware/FPGA Consultant since November 2015, William has collaborated with various companies, including Pi-Coral, Inc. from March 2015 to October 2015, where contributions were made to the Mini Reef product. Prior roles include significant positions at Violin Memory, Ciena, JEDAI Broadband Networks, Tellium, and AT&T Bell Laboratories, showcasing a robust background in hardware architecture, design, and implementation across diverse high-tech projects.
