Ranoo S. started their career at GIGAKOM in 2012 as a Project Coordinator, a role they held until January 2016. Ranoo then transitioned to ZTelco in February 2016, initially serving as a Project Manager until September 2018. After that, they were promoted to Director of Operations in September 2018, a role they still hold.

Ranoo S. studied Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at UC San Diego. Ranoo also holds certifications in ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD, Fundamentals of RF/EME Awareness, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner, and Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
