Hyle Owens

Hyle Owens is an Account Manager at ZTERS since April 2021. Prior to that, Owens worked at IBM from 2014 to 2020 as an Abuse Analyst, investigating misuse of company assets and violations of policies. Owens also has experience as an Abuse Analyst at SoftLayer, Everyones Internet Ltd, and The Planet. With a background in information technology and support, Owens has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Webber and in Information Technology Help Desk Support at Convergys. Owens holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Lone Star College.
