Stephanie Highsmith

Stephanie Highsmith has extensive experience in the financial and healthcare sectors, currently serving as a Loan Fulfillment Representative and previously as a Digital Service Representative at Langley Federal Credit Union since November 2021. Prior roles include various positions at 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union from June 2014 to November 2021, such as Member Services Representative and Mortgage Specialist. Stephanie's career began with roles at Riverside Health System as a Certified Medical Assistant and Bank of America, where responsibilities included Senior Teller and Personal Banker. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Columbia Southern University, along with an Associate of Science degree in Small Business Administration and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Additionally, an Associate in Applied Science degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant was earned from ECPI University. Stephanie is pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to be completed in December 2026.
