Faisal Ziauddin

Faisal Ziauddin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, production planning, and supply chain management. Currently serving as an Advisor for Operational Excellence at Zuari Industries Limited since March 2023, Faisal also partners and consults at The HOLISTIC ENTERPRISE, focusing on innovative management philosophies. Prior roles include External Advisor for the Public Investment Fund in collaboration with AT Kearney, Program Head at Kotler Impact, and Plant Manager positions at Greif, ABB, and Thomas & Betts. With a strong background in managing complex operations across various industries, Faisal has demonstrated expertise in driving productivity and performance improvements, supported by an Executive MBA from the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
