Nishant Dalal

Nishant Dalal serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED, part of the USD 3.0 billion Adventz Group, since April 2017, specializing in strategic planning and implementation. Prior to this role, Nishant held multiple positions from General Manager to Chief Manager in Corporate Finance & Strategy at Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd., where responsibilities included developing business plans for diversification, project setup, financial modeling, and M&A analysis. Nishant began the career at Tata Consultancy Services, initially as an Assistant System Engineer and progressing to Module Lead, focusing on client-driven software solutions. Nishant holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from YMCA, Faridabad.
