Iñigo Castánder

Iñigo Castánder has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Iñigo started their career in 2007 at CAF Power & Automation, where they worked in the Engineering Department's software area, focusing on software development for Embedded Systems. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at MSI S.Coop. in the R&D Department, where they were involved in hardware virtualization, database management, and Java application development.

In 2011, Castánder joined Lander Simulation & Training Solution S.A. as part of the Modeling Department. Iñigo was responsible for software development for railway simulators in international projects, using the C++ programming language.

From 2012 to 2015, Castánder worked as a Researcher at CICtourGUNE. Iñigo contributed to the development of Business Intelligence & Data Analysis (BI&A) and other software modules for various projects related to tourism.

In 2015, Castánder joined i68 | Zucchetti Group, where they worked as a computer analyst and programmer for their ERP system, Izaro. Iñigo remained in this role until 2019.

Most recently, Castánder is serving as a Software Development Consultant at Zucchetti Spain, Soluciones TI since 2020.

Iñigo Castánder pursued their education in computer science at Mondragon Unibertsitatea. Iñigo obtained their Bachelor of Computer Science, specializing in technical engineering in computer systems, from 2003 to 2007. Iñigo later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Iñigo furthered their knowledge and skills by obtaining certifications in various subjects. In August 2013, they completed a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University. In June of the same year, they also obtained a certification in Statistics: Making Sense of Data from the University of Toronto.
