Mariusz Szubra

Mariusz Szubra was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board as of 17th June 2010 by means of a Special Meeting of Shareholders resolution no. 31 of 17th June 2010 for a 3-years term of office. Mr. Szubra has been the Supervisory Board Chairman since 16 July 2012.

He graduated at the University of Economy by gaining the title of the master of economy in 1991. Furthermore, since 1995 he has held the right to act as a member of Supervisory Boards of single-person companies of the State Treasury (register no.: 2176/95). In 2007 he completed the course entitled ‘Project Management - knowledge of the field of modern management’ and passed a certification exam for the Project Management Practice of the IPMA organisation (International Project Management Association).

He initiated his professional career in 1990 as a scientist and lecturer at the Unit of Econometry, Department of Operating Studies of the Cracow University of Economy, where he lived until 2003. in 1996-1997 he worked as the Credit Risk Analyst at the Cracow agency of Big Bank S.A. In 1997 he was appointed to the position of the Financial Director at Agencja Rozwoju Miasta S.A., and thereafter, the ffunctionof the V-ce President of the Management Board until 2002. In 2001 he also acted as the President of the Management Board of the Miejski Zakład Torów Sieci i Podstacji Trakcyjnych sp. z o.o. In 2003 he took the function of the President of the Management Board at VIta Medical Instytut Stomatologii sp. z o.o. and Iwan-Eco -Konsulting Sp. o.o. which were occupied by him in 2004 and 2007, respectively.

Until now Mariusz Szubra has acted as the V-ce President of the Management Board of International Management Services sp. z o.o. (since 2002), Member of the Management Board of the LIPSKA Housing Cooperative (since 2003) and the Deputy Economic and Financial Director of the Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji S.A. (from 2009).
